Eye Lash Extension Requirements

On the day of the appointment, come in with clean eyes: no eye makeup, eyeliner, or mascara. Cleaning your eye makeup will reduce the processing time for lash application.

After Care

After lash extensions are applied, you must wait up to 24 hrs before getting your lashes wet, wearing eye makeup, or any activities that require the body to sweat; failing to do so will affect the proper drying process of your lashes and may cause eyelash extensions to shed faster.

After 24 hrs you may go about your regular schedule.

It is very important to wash your lashes on a daily basis, morning and night—failure to which may cause an eye infection. For example, natural oils, makeup products, and debris can build up on your lash line, causing your hair follicle to get clogged.

When a hair follicle is clogged, it will weaken your natural lashes and will cause both natural lashes and lash extensions to shed- new growth will come in, and this process is not permanent.
Foam soap must be used to wash your lashes; just water will not clean your lashes. The everyday lash extension will shed, like the hair on our heads, and that is normal.

Refill appointment

Book your refill appointment within 3 weeks, refill options can be weekly, bi-weekly, or every 3 weeks. The process for refills is to clean, remove old lashes that have grown out significantly, or have turned. Keep in mind when booking that you will have fewer lashes from when you come in after cleaning and prepping lashes. The more time the technician has the fuller the lashes will be.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of service and policies
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellations will be charged 20% of the scheduled cost. We require a 24hr cancellation/reschedule notice for all appointments, so we may accommodate the needs of other clients.

All appointments are reserved by credit card. A 20% service fee must be applied to book your appointment.

If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, then you risk having your appointment time reduced, and you will be charged for the appointment that was originally booked. For those too late to perform any services, you will still be charged 20% of the scheduled service(s).

The service fee is non-refundable.

All appointments before or after hours are subject to an additional fee.
